New build motor stutter ... please help

Have a new quad build that was running nicely ... but suddenly motors stutter badly at about 70+ throttle (see video)

Tore everything down to bare minimum outlined below ... all 4 motors/ESCs do the same with combinations of 2 different batteries and props

FS-TH9X + FrSKY DJT with ER9X FrSKY
FrSKY D8R-II plus
HK 30A UBEC ESC flashed with SimonK
Turnigy D3530/14 1100KV motors

12x4.5 plastic prop
10x4.5 plastic prop

2200mah 3S 35C Lipo
5000mah 4S 30C Lipo

I am thinking the only common thing is power wiring ... but before I start deconstruction .. thought I would get opinions.

I think that prop is pulling too many amps and cutting off the ESC. To me a 12x45 prop is a lot for an 1100KV motor on 3S and a 10x4.5 is a lot of prop for it on 4S.

I run 10x4.7 props on 2830/1000kv motors with 3S just fine, how warm do you ESC's and motors get when you run them up.

I would just plug in my amp meter and see what it is drawing.

I think he was running 12/4 props on 3S on a 1100KV motor. i agree 10” props on 3S on a 1100KV motor is fine.
