New 3D Gimbal?

I had planned to get the $799 F550 deal this morning (F550, NAZA V2 w/GPS, Gimbal) and called a good-sized US dealer about it. He said he wasn't offering that deal and that it's going to change this week because he will have a new Zenmuse 3D gimbal in stock as early as tomorrow. I wonder if he could be mistaken as I see nothing about one on the interdoodle.

It's usually pretty dicey buying anything when it's first released and you'll always have to have a second person to fly the camera for you, plus a second radio and receiver. It makes it a big iterative step from you phantom

I think I was just surprised that a Zenmuse 3D for GoPro would be a surprise. I called another retailer and they haven't heard about it. Maybe the first retailer was mistaken.

In any case, I'm not inclined to wait to build an F550. I'll probably push the button on that, anyway. Would that group build thread I saw a while back be helpful and, if so, can you link me to it. A quick search last night yielded no results.
