Naza M Lite GPS Wires Almost Severed Reattach Help

Hey guys new to quads, new to the forum. Today I was at the field and bit it hard. Had the wires on my gps cable almost completely severed, two wires have the insulation cut through the rest unscathed (I think there were 4).

I have the Naza M Lite with the Storm quad from helipal and want to know if I can cut out the section that got diced, use a bit of solder, some shrink tubing, and be good to go?

Thanks guys, am loving flying quads, 2 weeks now!

Anyone know if this is possible without impacting performance or is it a lost cause and do I need to get a new one?

Resolder if its cut or insulate, and try it in a hover with your finger on a gps/atti/manual switch. If it goes wacco in gps, get a new one.

Thanks, last night I wasn't getting any satellites. Frustrated with this thing going to look maybe for an M8N GPS module after I pull the cover off the top and see inside.
