After setting up my failsafe adjustment via assistant it will check out fine on assistant but will not work after I rebind. First of all it is with a DJIF550 Naza V1/GPS and DX8. My Naza shows 3.10 and my assistant is at 2.10. I preset my throttle and remove the bind plug after power up and before binding from the TX then adjust the Servo travel on X1 from the 85% value to where it is centered in the failsafe box. I do this with the mode switch in manual, atti, and gps. I then power everything down and repeat the bind and reset the servo adjustment back to 85%. I then test it by powering off the TX in manual, atti, and gps and it will move the indicator in assistant to the failsafe box and turn it blue in all three positions and move back after powering the TX up. It will also move the throttle position to whatever was set at initial bind time. After every flight or just powering every thing off and doing the bind over the failsafe will not work on asssistant. When powering of the TX the indicator will move to other positions other than failsafe. It will move the throttle to whatever was set at initial bind time. I have not tried it in flight mode.
Also can anyone point me to a documented procedure on how to set Failsafe up with a mix/switch on the DX8?
