multicopter professional filming (>5kg) in france

we are working for a 3D cinema documentary and we have to fly with our system for two days in france. we had our last job in france in 2011 and there was no problem to fly if one have a insurance. how is it now? did anything change?

where do i have to write to to get a permission if so?

It will be difficult. Since april 2012, every pilot need the ULM théoric license and a homologate multirotor and there is differents categories...
You will find information on the Dgac website and on the MK forum...
I think it is impossible for foreigners pilot !

do you have official papers (pdf) about this?

ULM is no problem but what about the "homologate multirotor"... i am using a dji equipped system. Is this a homologate multirotor?

where do i have to go to get a permission? the flights are outside - no people, no house...

It's really complicate and i don't know is a foreigner can homologate is multi...
No people, no house. It's the scenario S1.
