Motors won't start Wookong M.

Please help...

I got the setup ready but the motors won't start.

I'm using:

MX-20 Hott
GR-24 receiver
Funfly 60A ESC
KW8 pro motors

I got no errors, the stick calibration seems good. Everything on green. Failsafe go's on when switching off transmitter, GPS etc. is also set.
But when I tried to start the motors nothing happens. Only the RED led keep flashing 3 times but that might be the GPS saying.

ESC are programmed like:

brake: off
battery type: Ni-xx
Cut Off Type: Soft-cut
Start mode: normal
Timing: High, but I also tried Low and Middle.

Is there any body who can help me??

Is this a new wookong? Try to reflash the firmware, default all values and repower the unit. Are your esc's giving you the arm beep? if not try to enlarge your throttle band by 15%

Thanks for helping.

Yes it's a new Wookong. I update the firmware to 5.16. But do you think It can help to reflash the firmware?
Well I don't know if it's the same but the motors are giving a short tune-up.

You are moving the throttle/rudder and yaw/pitch sticks to the lower corners simultaneously to start motors right?

Silly basic question, sorry.
