mc output on flashing red box

the driver setup.bat file when i right or left click onto it, according to the directions its supposed to open and i follow the directions from there...but its not opening, for a split second a see a small dos type box pop up and close nothing further, when i open the assistant the mc output on box flashes with a red screen and i can only go as far as calibration, it will not let me into calibration...any suggestions fellas? thanks, joe

thanks ed, worked....gonna call it a night and then tom. put props on and check rotation etc then do voltage settings...thank you again. the damn driver wasnt opening or unzipping, so i played around with winrar for a bit and got her goin :)
