Low price eBay 4K cameras, any use or rubbish

Hi all

Anyone tried one of the many low cost ebay Camera options for in flight video recording like the one listed below

Claims to be a 4K camera but at only 10FPS not really a usable option but claims 60FPS in 1080, although it does not say if thats 1920x1080 or 1080x720.

Anyone used one, got any comments good or bad.
