Lost my eeprom !

Hi Guys

Just udated my Teranis 9XD with latest Open TX firmware and am struggling to get it to talk to my Teranis even with the use of the Zadig driver.
Any thoughts as to the problem ?

What version of OpenTX did you update from, and to which version (2.1.8 ?).
What version of OpenTX Companion ?
When you connect via Bootloader, do you get two extra drives showing up in windows explorer ?
