Lost, and found.

Trying to take a quick flight between jobs I lost my 450 in the wind, flying atti. It went out over a neighborhood in one of the most forested major cities in the country. Found it in the top of a 100' oak with a Loca8or rf tag after an hour of riding around. Arbor guy meeting me tomorrow.

Spoke too soon. Rained overnight in the ATL. Pay a tree guy 250.00 to recover a partially (at least) destroyed aircraft worth 500.00 new, or just replace it? Not much of a choice.

At the 1:00 minute mark it's at the middle horizontally about 10% right of center. It's also visible in all three shots. Foolishly running through possible rescue scenarios. All involve unnesessary risk to the bird in hand. It's been drizzled on for at least 12hrs now.

One thing's for sure: I'll always use some kind of tracking tag. I found this within an hour, and it was 500m from where I last saw it.
