I have 8 Avroto 3515's that have limited & light flying time on an x8. No crashes or tip overs. 1 motor has a slight amount of play and 3 have a bit more.
Kind of disappointed in they have not been flown hard, overheated, nor do they have a lot of flight time...
Anyway, I've been watching football and googling the bearing replacements. Can't find the bearing size anywhere. Been checking Avroto 3515 and Tiger u5's.
Anybody know what the bearing size(s) are? Looks like there are 2 sizes. Shafts are 5mm, but that's all I know. I want to check Boca bearings and any other choices. Reg replacement bearings are $29 a pair which seems kind of pricey for what they are. I wouldn't mind paying that amount if they lasted, but I think any bearing should last longer than these have...
I did try taking the 4 motors off the arms and re-seating/tightening the bearings with the bottom screw. Didn't seem to help.
