KK Flight Controller Kk board isn't receiving power

I have painstakingly pieced together my quad, which has taken over a month and today was supposed to be my quad and my first flight ever. However, the stupid thing won't recieve power. Battery is fully charged, and wires are plugged in, but I get nothing. Here is my setup:

Kk2.1.5 flight board
F450 frame
DJI 2212/920kv motors
DJI E300 15a ESCs
HK6S TX/RX
Turnigy 2650mAh 3 cell

I think the ESCs aren't sending power to the board because when I plugged another esc from a plane into the flight board, it all powered up. What does it take to fix this?? I'm dying to fly already. Thanks for the help!

Also, I hooked up two ESCs from a plane to m1 and m5. The board powers on and I can arm it, but none of the motors spin despite powering all of the rails.

Do you have the USBASP? Will connecting it power up the board? You also have to make sure the ESC BEC is connected to the M1 on the board.
