Damm ...I was having a problem with stability on my 550 .When I hit hard ruder it would take off to one side or the other or a 180 deg it would keep going in same direction tail first.
I could not figure it out .I had the stock landing skids on ...I tried calibrating and nothing worked . It was becoming a pain. So i just decided to see if it was level ...it was not.
I thought with stock skids how could it be off but it was by about 7 deg. tail end high. So I ground stern legs down then checked all was level ... port ,starboard. front ,stern
them recalibrated now is as steady as a rock . can do a 360 and stops right where it should . If you are having a control problems check to make sure it's level . This would also effect your gimbal. Learn something new every day
