Is anybody flying these, or similar on a 9kg okto, iPower 4114 700KV...

I'm trying to get some advice regarding iPower 4114 700KV...my intention is to use them for a 9kg octo, but prop size, ESC tupe, S C rating is still in the process of decision! Please share some advice!
