IrisAerial's FNF frame - first impressions...

I've been fortunate enough to beta test IrisAerial's FNF frame. This thing is FUN!!!

I set mine up as a lightweight rig that I could run off my abundant set of 3S batteries. I've got a HoverFly Sport on it and it is so much fun. Did I mention it was fun?

Other than the obvious fun factor, the parts are quality, the frame is tough, and the design is solid. I finally got mine flying today, after much delay (my fault, work). I'm now wishing I got it flying sooner so I could've been enjoying it more. It folds up and the legs pop out for transport. I've got mine buzzing around on some small Tiger Motors and cheap 8 inch props. I'll post some pics later.

I've run through about 12 batteries with it - no complaints. The frame is laid out for adding FPV components, which I may add later (with bigger motors), but for now I'm having a blast zipping around the airspace in my front yard (and neighbors' yards).

Would I recommend it? Yes.

Here's a quick picture from my iPhone. Don't judge me based off the wiring. I threw it together quick so that I could get in the air and start having fun with it. I'll probably clean the wiring up later on.
