iOSD voltage question

Does anyone know what the voltage of the outputs are on the iOSD? Is it stepped down to 12v so I can power the vtx & camera, or do I still need a voltage converter?

Looking at the IOSD manual on page 6 it says If the battery is 3S Lipo then: Output Voltage = Input Votage . If 4S~6S then: Output Voltage=11.2V.

You probably already know but make sure FPV camera is not 5v
