I just wondered if folks could give me a good starting settings for the gains with the latest firmware. I have redone all the wiring on my octo and want to test it but am a bit gun shy because the last two attempts ended up with two broken arms. Once it was up in the air it was oscillating and out of control. I hope that the rewiring fixed the problem. This is a Droidworx HL Ocoto with no camera gimbal (yet), Avroto 2814 motors, 13 APC props, Maytech 30A ESCs, two 4S batteries (6000 mA). I noticed that with the latest firmware upgrade the default gain setting went to 400%. I know it is different for every ship but I want to make sure that I am in the ball park with the initial flight with the latest firmware. Should that be my starting settings?
