I need configure a multicopter can fly with a realy high wind

Hello, first excuse me my english ... I'm from Punta Arenas , the southernmost city in America.
here the wind usually is close to 60 km / h , and i need a multicopter that can fly safely with winds near 85 km / h ...
I have a phantom dji 1.1 and I can almost never use it and what the weather does not permit .

Why not an airplane? In those winds a RC-plane can "hover" in headwind.

eskil23, I've never used an airplane.
Here, normally reaches 110 km / h , but you can use it to 85km / h I'll be satisfied.
PS: I forgot to mention it is for FPV.
