LinuxDrone Project Howto interact with LinuxDrone? connect to https://localhost:3128 fails

I'm still trying to figure out how to interact with LinuxDrone.

I'm not sure I've done the install correctly,
I've simply zipped install/usr and extracted on BeagleBone.

When I run /usr/local/linuxdrone/bin/linuxdrone it opens port 3128
But when I try to connect to https://localhost:3128

It receives a time out.

What should I do?
