I bought the Photohigher AV 200 Pan Kit. When it arrived the parcel sounded like there were broken dishes inside. The reason was that the AV 200 Pan Kit was inside a single bag. So the metal parts made scratches all over the carbon parts. When I looked at different photos of the spare parts, there were protective films on the carbon parts. Now I think, that my Pan Kit is a used one. Can anybody confirm that? Or does PH really ship the kit that way?
