How Do I Switch A Futaba R6208SB to Mode B

I have tried everything in the manual and I just can't get this thing to start in mode B. This RX runs my camera and gimbal and I want to create a solo setting on the TX so I need to get access to channels 9-16. Help!

9-16 you really want mode C

Are you holding the link button in when its off, then turning it on?
