XAircraft Hitec Optima 9 vs 7?

I am thinking seriously about putting the Optima 9 RX in my X650 it has got the 7 channel in at the mo. My reasoning being 2 antennas instead of 1 ie less chance of signal loss. The 2 extra channels may come in handy as well but not needed at present.

Your thoughts much appreciated please? Who is running with the 9 and have you had any problems with it?

I will be able to tell you next week. I can tell you the build quality is very solid and well made. I was encouraged to go with the A9 after it was highly recommended by the builder I'm working with for my X650.
