Hexacopter crashed on take off

HELP! I'm a complete beginner and I build my own hexacopter using aluminum and CF frame and as my first flight test crashed after 1 to 2 seconds of take off, It hovered a little bit then tilted forward and crashed straight to the ground. I'm using naza m lite(upgraded to v2 using software) with gps and I think I wasn't able to finish my compass/gps vertical calibration as the light on the LED indicator was still solid green, I also didn't power cycle my battery. I just want to confirm if this is the problem or are there still more problems before I test it again

Yep, that sounds like the problem. You should make sure the LED is giving you the right indications before take off. Solid green is not the right indication.
