I have been looking for a folding/packable hexacopter with smallish gimbal for around $2500.
After a lot of research I had settled on the following:
I don't want to have to do a lot of assembly and/or testing/fiddling, (my hobby multirotors are for that) so ARTF or all-in-one and *proven*. I also want something reliable and easy to use.
Is this a good choice? The market is changing so fast though, are there better alternatives?
Note: I have a lot of multirotor and RC helicopter flying experience.

- F800 frame (http://www.uavobjects.com/index.php?...roller=product) $1200
- Gimbal: (http://www.uavobjects.com/index.php?...roller=product) $700, this is not a brushless gimbal but I think could be retrofitted later when the market matures.
- ArduCopter APM2.5 Flight controller: (http://store.3drobotics.com/) $190
