help on setting up a pixhawk

Hi,
I have been using naza v2 and wookongs on my other quads with no problem; I have recently brought a Pixhawk, there are to few instructions in how to set it up, I have been trying using Mac and windows with no succes, using also APM2 AND MISSION PLANNER, AND NO SUCCES, mission planer says that is communicating to Mavlink ??? and nothings happens, I have followed the instructions on the booklet, and I cannot pass the pass 3 and cannot do the calibration,

also Futaba does not tuns on if connected on sbus, but if use inmmersion on the RC connection it goes on, the firmware is always loaded succesfully,
after that I can do nothing

Don't connect your sbus rx to sbus port on the Pixhawk. Sounds stupid but it was a mistake on the older documentation. It's a sbus output port, not an input. You have to plug into the rx in. Also, did you use the new wizard for your initial setup in Mission Planner? I'm in the process of tuning my pid's on a few Pixhawks if you have any more question. Like yourself, I've used DJI until now.
