Help Diagnose Motor Noise

I have some Tiger Motor MT2826 500kv motors. 4 of 8 motors started making noise within a hour of use. All basic test flights. The company I got them from sent me new bearings and shafts for the 4 motors. I just replaced the motor bearings and shaft on one of the noisy motors. I still have the noise. Here is a video. Anyone have any suggestions?

Here is the video I first put together for Tiger Motors if you want to watch. I thought It was bearing issues, but now that I replaced the bearings, I don't think it is.

i have no help , but i am in the same situation with EMAX GT motors, i have at least 3 out of 10 i bought that make that same noise. I too tried changing bearings, but it didn't solve the problem. When turning slowly i can actually feel something on the motor, some kind of resistance at certain angles. I just live with it.. I have been using them for quite a while, they don't get any hotter than the smooth ones, just make more noice.. but if you do find out where the problem is, please share your findings.
