Hello Everybody,
just want to take the chance and say hello to everybody and introduce myself. I am originally from Germany but have been living in Iowa for the last 13 years. For Christmas this year i got a little RTF toy quad copter (1SQ) which is a lot of fun and which sparked my interest in getting something a little better that I can fly outside and eventually upgrade to use a GoPro or even do some FPV. So when researching if I should buy a phantom I found this forum and the F450 group build thread and decided that I will attempt to build my own QC.
Like I stated above I am totally new to this and might need quite some help since I don't even know what most of the acronyms mean.
Anyway I am looking forward to building this and get something that I can fly by spring.
