Having trouble connecting my Naza 2 lite to my receiver

I bought a DJI F450 kit and put it together. When I plug in the 4s battery the motors all make a start noise but the transmitter remains silent and lifeless. I've plugged the receiver into another drone to be sure and they work great. Anyone have any suggestions?

Maybe its not compatible at all
