Has anyone tried these leg extensions for the F450?

They look like they will work fine and at $16 you can't beat the price. I machined some of my own out of aluminum and found the pointy ground contact parts would hang up on grass. So I split some wiffle balls and mounted them on the points using silicon to hold them in place that helps out very much.

F450/550 legs

1/2" drip irrigation tubing. Ends heated until they slide over the landing strut. Attached with a small wire tie.

Length as necessary for equipment clearance.

Has anyone heard of irisaerial legs? I'm thinking about buying some because they look amazing and were the original product. And their batwings just work so well. I love supporting a local miltirotorforums member so I'm going to irisaerial.com. I hear he is great.
