It came to the point that i am sick of carrying this and that around for the FPVing and for the Bigger copters to get a feed down. Since i am dealing with 2.4 ghz for the small fpv birds and 5.8 for the bigger DSLR bird i thought it was time to create a box and Stick everything inside with one lipo supply.

Copied Idea by the way !

Lets see were this takes me.

Would need help if someone is down. I just can't get the Multimeter Display to work to simply read out voltage. Have to post the instruction manual later maybe someone with more electronics experience knows which jumpers bridges to solder to get this thing to work.

Thanks

Boris

so finally box assembled. New atennas still in development.

I am really looking for a 8 7 inch lcd panel with a video in, one of the industrial ones that is raw without casing, just can't find anything in a reasonable price range :(

May I should just take one apart.

Box itself will be put on these

I need something similar to hold my patch antenna. Do you have a link to those?
Your build looks excellent, very nice design.

Thanks, your correct, im in New Zealand. Il have to keep looking then, I was hoping it was another of your ebay finds. Any Chance you could get back to me about the Herk boards? Pretty keen to finalise them as my esc`s and get going on my skyjib build.

Hi Alex,

No it was actually CNCed. Polycarbonate like Makrolon just like Lexan, cant be cut by the laser cutter or at least not by the one close to me.

Close to finishing up. I decided not to install GPS tracking just to much hassle and I don't like sticking extra GPS units on my birds just for tracking than figuring out if the signal is clean jada jada etc.

Gonna add the 5.8ghz again makes sense since the antennas can be exchanged quickly on the GroundStation only velcro'ed on.

Yes of coarse you can have the plans. I just have to find them and transfer them into a 3D program, did it back in the days :) with AI.

The question though is if i would do it transparent again. One has to handle it like a raw egg since polycarbonate those scratch up etc.
