Graupner E Props 8 x 5

Hi there,

I'm ready to build my first mc (DJI F550 with Naza, no GPS). There are many horror stories about the 'standard' DJI props. I found out that a F550 flying with a 4S LiPo (5000 mah) and 8 x 5 props (Graupner) is a very good combination (no load). The Graupner E Props (8 x 5) doesn't fit on the stock DJI motors. Do I need a prop roamer? Drilling is not an option I read.... Has anyone some pictures or a small video about roaming these props?

Unfortunately I don't know how you can tell the old dji props from the new ones unless you have old ones to compare to, but I got a 550 about two months ago and through my own stupidity have crashed it three times and the props(8 ") have not been casualties. I measured the original hubs and the newer ones are almost 1mm thicker so unless you get old/new stock, the prop issues seems to have been corrected. I still have two in the wrapper so ill look to see if there's any identifying data on there.
