GPS Replacement for my WKM

I'm starting to wonder about the DJI folks. I sent my GPS/Compass in and got an e-mail which I posted below re them receiving it. This was 7 days ago. I have asked them twice about when it might be ready to ship back but no repsonse, not even we don't know.

We will get your replacement compass shipped out as soon as possible and we will send you another email with tracking information as soon as it ships out. I sent it in to the dealer and the dealer sent it to DJI. Then using my RTA number which has my info DJI sent me the e-mail direct and according to the e-mail will ship it back to me direct so the dealer does not have to.

Gotcha... I'm guessing the hold up is because they basically had to replace every single "new"
version of the GPS compass to new and existing customers as well as replace some full S800's.

That seems like a daunting task
:-/

hopefully you get it soon and maybe ask your dealer to see if they can get a better ETA?

I don't really care if it takes a while as I'm sure they are swamped. It would just be nice to get responses from the company so I can plan some up coming projects. I will try the dealer though.

Update.... I was contacted by Brad at DJI and he said that the Compass units had been on back order. He assured me it would be shipped today. This makes me feel better about my DJI WKM that I really like and enjoy using.
