have any of you guys ever used a hero 960? I fly that mode in fpv on a hero2 and not sure what all differences there are? is this thing like a hero1 in how the video looks? better or worse? there down to $120, seems like a good way to go on fpv craft where the camera is unprotected and flying over water

None of the new backpack type access. works with it but the case is the same. For your crazy azz aqua adventures, 120 bucks is a good deal.

that's what i'm thinking, maybe add a rear facing cam from time to time,,,,,,

slightly different bitrate but you're not using a wide screen monitor so it doesn't matter, buy 2.
