I am happy to see a local action area for the Phoenix area! I am in the Phoenix metro area myself and would love to connect with some local folks to go and fly!

post pics of events in the area
organize racing meets
discuss flying sites where the locals are friendly

If anyone out there is in the Phoenix metro area, where do you like to go fly now? I live in the city of Mesa, there are some spots to fly but given how many people are in the city it is a little hard to get away from it all.

I know there is a Phoenix area Drone users group. I have gone to one of their build day events. If anyone is involved with that group and would like to coordinate something please reply here.
