Gaui GAUI Crane 2 a little jumpy on roll

My crane has gotten jumpy over time, but it does not hang if the power is off, I guess I am not sure is it the servo or does it need adjustments?

I was thinking on getting a digital servo if that would help?
This is on Roll axis

if you have the new Crane 2 Gimbal then it would have come with Futaba S3156 digital servos

Mine work perfectly

Make sure the adjustment rod at the top is set so the roll axis is smooth when moved by hand.

RCPilot23,

I adjusted the rod at the top till it binded, then backed off a hair.
Im getting play between the 3 rollers is the issue I think, its like the 3 rollers are not keeping it tight.
I made a clip, let me know if yours does this?

You will need to adjust the middle rod so the carbon plates are flush with the outer rollers.

Mine has no gap on the front rollers and little gap on the rear rollers which stops the twisting slop.

Well I finally had time to work with it and I still have the exact same issue, I tightened the middle rod till it bound up and slightly backed off till it was moving free yet I have the exact same issue.

It really does not seem as that's the issue, the issue is more in the 2 rollers being to far away from the guide, I don't see any adjustments for that.
