I have a connection with Adobe so I get pretty great pricing. I just got the newer 5.5 today so I no longer need the previous versions. if one wanted to legally own this or upgrade this is the best you will be able to do.

CS4 Production premium $100 in box all literature.

CS5 AE/PR individually boxed. $100 for both.

full retail version. They are for MAC. I forgot to mention this. I have never transfered a serial but I assume I just need to login and tell them. It only mentioned on their site that educational and OEM version were NOT transferable.

I'm not even going to go down that road of which is better Mac or PC because everyone knows that it's the PC

If memory of mine is good I think all you need to do is within the program one of the menus allows for de-registering.
