I struggled to source some for myself in the UK so thought I'd share this.
They are 25 x 25mm so 4 can be used for a standard 50mm square FC or they can be easily cut up into smaller sections, ive found they are also usefull for general use mounting things like buzzers and RC recievers as the adhesive is nice and strong ( im sure they could aslo be used for mounting small cameras and so on aswell).
From my experience they provide excelent dampening and vertualy remove any interference on a well tuned multicopter.

foam pads isn't really what your after to dampen vibes. you want gel or silicone..... like 3m vhb in that clear gel version.....

that's weird, you linked stuff from the uk then mentioned having to source it in the uk..... huh?
