First Naza and I've got problems already!

Coming from a couple of WKm's, I'm stumped why the motors aren't spinning up properly on my son's MultiwiiCopter Armor. After arming the motors from the tx, only one starts but the rest come on as you get up around 35% throttle. The idle up switch is at about 15% so all the motors should continue to turn. If you get down around 25% throttle, two or three motors will stop. They spin back up if you advance the throttle though. In atti mode it flies great at hover (wouldn't want to drop the throttle position too far though), but in GPS mode is will drift towards the two motors that drop out... Pretty weird. The esc's are all set the same:

Battery type NiMh
Brake off
Start normal
Cut voltage low
Timing medium (as per the carbonbird motors)

Any ideas?

hey steve,
gotta ask this, did yall calibrate throttle endpoints on each esc?

I definitely qualify for dumb question of the day! My son had changed his 10 amp esc's for some 18's after on fried. Didn't realize they were new lol! So you were right, the end points weren't set.
