In usual cases, shipping to US is ok... however i will need to check with my post regarding the rechargeable batteries it has with it. I have had some issues sometimes in the past.
I will confirm with you later today :)

Otherwise, i could send it without the batteries for a little cheaper.
It is packaged with 4 of these batteries, so they are pretty cheap to pick up:

Is the plastic bag in the pictures the part to convert the handheld unit to be able to mount on quadcopter because that is what my main purpose of this gimbal is for?

Yes, thats the bag for all the parts to mount as a multirotor gimbal :)
