Faulty motor !?

Hey everyone !

I just received the motors I ordered for my first quadcopter, and one of them has quite a dent on the main frame, next to the shaft. I was wondering if that happenned often and wasn't a big deal or if it totally was a big deal and is going to have dramatic impact on the way the quad flies. What should I do ? Send it back immediatly ? Test it somehow, knowing that my quad is nowhere close to being built ?
Here is a picture of a normal one on the lefts next to the faulty one :

Thanks in advance !

Looks like shoddy workmanship on those motors..... Bell casting looks faulty and there is likely some run-out on the bell which typically cannot be fixed easily.
Please let us know the name brand and the supplier so we can all avoid falling into the same situation.
