Evo threaded screw problem. Help

I have been trying to take my EVO apart only to discover that all the small top screws that hold down the top plate simply spin and will not come out.
Anyone have any suggestions?

On the top small (silver) screws you need a very small Torx / 5-point star screwdriver, like that one in the picture:

Thanks for your help but I have the 5 point star driver. The screws turn but do not come out. Its as if the threads are stripped.
