What are the appropriate ESC configurations to be used with the WooKong? Should brake be set to off, medium or hard?

I am using the Turnigy Multistar Opto 45amp ESCs c/w Turnigy Multistar 22 pole 420kv motors. BTW....There are some other settings that are also unclear to me.
