DYS Gimbal - BGC 2.0 controller

Has anyone used/tested this gimbal & controller? (DYS gimbal, BGC controller). failing that, if anyone has any good recommendations for a 3-axis gimbal that won't blow the bank, I'd be pleased to hear about it.
