Gaui DX 7 s or 8?

Hi guys,is there anybody out there flying a Gaui 330 x using either a spektrum dx8 or a dx 7s? if i leave the green wire in the gyro i can switch modes but can't seem to adjust the gain on the tx..the first flight was pretty smooth..but then when i tried today it was all over the place..yet i hadn't touched any settings..any idea's??

Hi

Don't bother with the green wire, i tried lots of time to get it to fly in hover mode but its rubbish on the GU-344, just leave the green wire out and fly in cruise mode its much smoother. i'm using DX7 if you want me to send you my settings.

Hummm... aren't you able to select cruise mode or hover mode on a switch with the channel you have the green wired plug into? Leaving the wire not plug in could give it interference (possibly). I have the green plug into my gear channel and fly in cruise mode and adjust the gain there.

Managed to get some flight time in today..this was with the green wire out and in cruise mode..if i leave the green wire in,i can switch between hover and cruise i just cant seem to be able to adjust the gain using the tx..

You would adjust the gain in the "Servo Travel" menu, adjust the channel that you have it plug into. Adjust each end point, depend on which end point control cruise or hover mode. flip the switch and you will see either it's -100 or + 100.
