Does anybody know anything about the Feiyu Hornet OSD with GPS?

Just got it installed but it is not working... It communicates with the GPS module and overlays the OSD data on the video, then 10 seconds later it resets/reboots, closes the display and starts over. Even with 10 satellite locks.

Altitude sometimes starts at 0 but others randomly at numbers all the way to 900m.

I went to the Feiyu site and the firmware is on version 1.4. Mine is 1.0... I just got it! Is the firmware the issue?

If you managed to get the same setup working please chip in. Much appreciated.

i would be trying the firmware update first.
Fy is not well known for having all the little details right in the v1.0.0.1 stuff.

The store I bought it from is sending me the cable to do the firmware update. I'll post as soon as I get it done.
