Do I Have Everything I Need? Building A Quad

I'm putting together a shopping list awaiting the big sales on black Friday or Monday. I have 3s batts already and I am wondering if I have everything I need to complete my quad.

Did I miss anything?

I an really excited about finally building my first quad. My other one came out of a box and while it is fun to fly, it really isn't "mine." Does that make any sense?

Thanks in advance.

Highly recommend grabbing some 4S packs and 9 inch props for this build. You really don't need the legs.

Also highly recommend not trying to buy anything from witespy, absolutely the worse customer service of any store on the planet, possibly the universe.

Good luck with the FCU, not what I would choose for a first try but I assume you have done your research.

I had seen some people complaining about the customer service at Witespy and I understand the guy is just overwhelmed with building quads since there must be a huge demand for them. A one man shap cannot do it all that is for sure.

With that said, if I didn't go that route, would the similar FC from RC Timer be just as good or should I look elsewhere? I don't mind paying for a quality product, but the Naza and Pixhawk are very pricey.

Thoughts?

If you are just planning on flying LOS then you could just buy a KK2.1.

The RC Timer or Hobby King versions would be just as good, would be worth looking at reviews of each before you buy though.

Not sure witespy has ever offered very good service.

From what I have read, I would soon outgrow the KK and be looking for more. That is why I at least wanted the RTFHawk. No I am leaning more toward the Naza M Lite.
