DJI S900/A2/Zen15n vibration issues

Been really battling this issue with my S900.
I have replaced all the props, properly tightened, using new DJI Spare part 35 for the S900 new motor mounts for vibration..
Still can't seem to get really smooth video.
I am not using the DJI recommended Sony NEX5n and Sony 16mm lens. I am using the newer A5100 and Sony 20mm F2.8 lens.
According to DJI Zen specs I am about 35 grams overweight for my gimbal.
I have my gimbal very well balanced and have done multiple tests just turning on the S900/Zen gimbal and hand holding the S900 and shooting video. The Zen seems to be working fine no vibes.
I only notice when I have the S900 in the air.
AUW 6.9kg
A2 basic gains set at 110 110 120 (DJI recommended)
In the air while visual looking at the S900 fly it looks rock solid, yet the video shows the real truth.
I am not running the Zen15 dampers as DJI recommends to remove them and direct attach Zen to S900 as shown on Page 21 in the S900 manual and yes I have the extended landing gear installed.

At this point since I am getting a little desperate I purchased a used NEX 5n on ebay for $160. Just waiting to receive it. The newer Sony 20mm 2.8 lens is 1 gram heavier then the Sony 16mm lens. I can't believe that the Zen is that sensitive to 1 gram.

I have done tests shooting at 24/30/60fps setting up the camera all manual and using a variable ND filter.
for 24FPS I shoot at 1/50, 30 FPS 1/60 and for 60 FPS 1/125. Always F8 manual focus just off of infinity.

I seem to notice the vibrations in distant subjects, not close up as you can see in my videos posted.

Any other ideas on what to check?

Thanks
Steven

Probably a long shot but what about the dampener stiffness when flying in colder temps? I'm assuming this would be a known issue by now though. Other than that, the DJI gimbals are obviously designed for precise weight and CG location.. so...

Amerly,
I had seen this new top plate and will probably order it,
I am holding off just to make sure it's not my gimbal/camera combo
