Hello, I bought brand new Dji phantom 4 a week ago along with an extra battery, after using it 3 times both batteries stopped working. The first battery won't power on or charges at all and the second battery is stuck still on 1 green light no matter what I do. I've tried pressing and holding the power button several times and plugged in and out of the charger and still no response. The charger works perfectly fine with the remote. So I tried pretty much everything and nothing seems to help. Hopefully someone here can help. Thank you
