I'll keep this simple as Im hoping the answer will be too, and Im just having a mental blank at the moment!

How can I connect my iOSD to my BEC and Wookong (mounted on the airframe) and also to my video downlink transmitter (mounted on the gimbal) without losing my 360 pan capability?

Perhaps your best bet might be to convert the output of the camera from HDMI (i assume) to a standard 2 wire AV Signal and then bring it up from the Gimbal with a slip ring.
Like these: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/like/3809...ff3=1&ff11=ICEP3.0.0&ff12=67&ff13=80&ff14=108

I saw a picture of a Cinestar Gimbal with a slip ring installed.

I personally would not try to slip ring the power lines to the IOSD, too close (electrically) to the FC to introduce a potential point of failure there. On my Droidworks Skyjib i have a seperate CCD camera on the platform for the Pilot and the IOSD display so it is all on the main airframe, the Gimbal only outputs the Camera signal clear of any other screen clutter.
