DJI F550 Problems HELP!!!

Hi everyone,
Recently I bought and assembled an DJI F550 frame wheel kit with the NAZA M lite and GPS unit. Everything functions as it should in the assistant software, as far as recognition, but when I go to fly it 3 of the motors overpower the others causing it to spin very rapidly. The kicker is that I can control the direction of the spin, left or right using the rudder or yaw. I have spent countless hours looking for results and ways to fix but have been unable to find anything. This is extremely frustrating and mind bogeling. Any advice?
Thanks,
Jake

A few things to check.

Prop direction is correct to the motors?
Motor direction is correct to the Naza manual.
Connections from Naza to the ESC is correct to the Naza Manual

Are you using stock DJI ESC or a different brand, If they are a different brand I would try re calibrating your ESC, if they are DJI then these are already calibrated

All the motors spin in the right way alternating between CW and CCW, the props are all right too.
And it is the 30A ESC stock from DJI. Ill have pictures and a video up later today.
